Description Our client, a key player in the pharmaceutical industry is in search for a Real-World Data lead for designing and implementing strategies to maximize the use of RWD.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Achieving long-term outcomes in the RWD domain, aligning strategies with overarching goals Co-create internal RWD policies and compliance processes that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements Develop RWD training content and contribute to its implementation and implement and expand the RWD communication plan Lead the development and implementation of contracting and protocol processes with collaborators Collaborate with other RWD teams to develop and contribute to the knowledge repository, providing users with efficient and fast access to RWD insights Must Haves: Master’s degree or higher in Epidemiology, Pharmacoepidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics or a related discipline At least 4 years of experience in RWD within pharmaceutical industry or a related healthcare field Strong knowledge of real-world data sources, such as electronic health records, claims databases, registries Proven track record of driving successful implementation of RWD initiatives and delivering measurable business impact Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, governance frameworks, and policies related to the use of healthcare data Strong communication skills in English is a must Skills RWD Real-World Data Pharmaceutical industry Healthcare industry Epidemiology Pharmacoepidemiology Data analysis Real-word data sources Communication and writing skills Strategic planning and analysis Employee Value Proposition The Adoption Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to maximize the use of RWD across Diagnostic, fostering a culture that embraces and leverages the power of data.
