HR Change Manager

As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading HR transformation projects at a country scale, driving impactful change and ensuring successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the deployment of SAP, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the organization.
Drive the implementation of a new time management system, streamlining processes and providing comprehensive training to employees.
Align all HR processes in Switzerland, from hiring to the end of working contracts, ensuring consistency and compliance with local regulations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities for digitalization and leverage HR technologies.
Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives, to drive employee adoption and minimize resistance.
About You:
You are an experienced HR project leader with a proven track record in driving successful HR transformations.
You possess a deep understanding of digitalization and HR technologies, enabling you to identify innovative solutions and drive process improvements.
Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allow you to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enable you to navigate complex challenges and deliver results.
French/English; fluent. German: good level (B2 min)
