Join our dynamic team in Basel - Allschwil (CH) and be a key player in our HR department

Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll and address payroll-related queries.
  • Handle Swiss social security, insurances, and family allowances.
  • Liaise with Swiss tax authorities.
  • Reconcile payroll results.
  • Provide daily HR services and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager and Business Partners on HR initiatives (performance management, employee engagement, rewards, etc.).
  • Organize onboarding for new employees.
  • Coordinate employee entry and exit procedures.
  • Manage invoices with SAP.
  • Administer the ISOtrain system.
  • Maintain the time registration system.

Requirements:

  • Commercial or similar education; financial background is a plus.
  • 2+ years in HR administration with payroll experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Abacus is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English and German; French is an advantage.
  • Team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to meet strict deadlines.
