What is your job?- Organizational talent: Creating transport plans so that our customer wishes and operational requirements are perfectly fulfilled.
- Team player: You are the communicative hub between customers, drivers, warehouse staff and other departments. You coordinate delivery details and solve any problems with a smile.
- Multitasker: You always keep an eye on transportation activities and ensure that all deliveries arrive on time. If something goes wrong, you find a solution in a flash.
- Process optimizer: You are always on the lookout for the next improvement: you identify opportunities to optimize our transport processes and implement measures to increase our efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Quality guardian: Quality and safety are in good hands with you. You ensure that all quality standards, safety regulations and legal provisions in the transportation sector are adhered to.
- Training: Completed training in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage.
- Experience: You have several years of experience in dispatching or planning transportation, ideally in the area of truck fleet management.
- Organizational skills: You have the ability to maintain an overview even under pressure.
- Strong communication skills: You have team spirit and the ability to assert yourself.
- Ability to work under pressure: You are flexible and can react calmly to changing requirements and unforeseen events.
- A strong team: Become part of a well-coordinated team that supports each other and works together.
