Project Manager IT Infrastructure - Banque Poste : Project Manager IT Infrastructure - Banque (H/F) Lieu : Genève Taux d’activité : 100% Date de démarrage : Dès que possible Langues : Français courant et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (C1) Le projet Vous intervenez dans un contexte de transformation IT visant à renforcer l’efficacité opérationnelle des environnements OnPrem et Cloud. Votre rôle est d’accompagner l’organisation, structurer les équipes et garantir la continuité de service tout en pilotant les risques, les contrôles et les priorités. Responsabilités principales : Organisation & Leadership Accompagner et organiser le merge des équipes Production IT OnPrem et Cloud. Redéfinir les rôles et responsabilités selon les services à fournir (infrastructure, virtualisation, applicatif, sécurité, backup…). Encadrer les équipes : ingénieurs OnPrem, administrateurs systèmes, ingénieurs Cloud, équipe Network, support niveau 1, développeurs internes. Pilotage du RUN Garantir l’efficience opérationnelle et le respect des risques & contrôles. Prioriser les sujets, suivre les incidents, piloter les plans d’action. Revoir et renforcer le monitoring OnPrem & Cloud. Pilotage du Build Allouer les ressources, définir les priorités et arbitrer selon les besoins. Identifier les risques sur les projets et suivre leur mitigation. Assurer le suivi des coûts IT. Point d’entrée pour les besoins Infra/HR dans le cadre du programme Polaris. Collaboration étroite avec les équipes SecOps, Support Applicatif (L2/L3), équipe projet Polaris, et fournisseurs externes. Profil recherché : Expérience confirmée en management IT Production / organisation / pilotage opérationnel. Solide compréhension des environnements OnPrem, Cloud, réseau, sécurité et monitoring. Capacité à encadrer des équipes pluridisciplinaires (Build / Run). Leadership naturel, efficacité opérationnelle, orientation résultats. Excellente communication et capacité de coordination transverse. Maîtrise de l’anglais. Qui Sommes-nous?
