Job Description:

Technology Workstream Lead - Supply Chain Distribution vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

  1. Developing and executing robust technology strategies aligned with the objectives of the STEP Transformation Program.
  2. Ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance across multiple technologies.
  3. Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet milestones and deliverables within scope and deadlines.
  4. Engaging with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and facilitate informed decision-making.
  5. Identifying and proactively addressing risks associated with technology implementation.
  6. Guaranteeing technology solutions meet industry best practices, regulatory standards, and high-quality benchmarks for reliability and security.
  7. Driving initiatives to support the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.

Your experience/knowledge:
  1. Proven track record in leading technological transformation programs, including successful implementation and integration of complex systems.
  2. Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly for large-scale technology projects.
  3. Deep understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies, with a commitment to delivering high-quality technology solutions.
  4. Proficiency in change management principles with hands-on experience driving organizational change.
  5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance in all technology implementations.
  6. Language skills: English – fluent.
