To support this ambitious digital transformation and migration to the cloud, our Data Hub, Reporting & MIS team is looking to add:

Job Description

A day in your future job:

  1. Work with IT Application owners and Business Analysts to capture and define Data Hub requirements;
  2. Actively participate with our Data Architect in the functional and technical target solution;
  3. Participate in the construction and evolution of our Data Hub (pySpark, Azure Synapse);
  4. Provide or extract data from the Data Hub for various consumers (Client and Regulatory Reporting, etc.);
  5. Respect the instructions and standards in place, design, perform and execute unit tests;
  6. Organize and deliver training to the Application support team members;

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer;
  2. Degree in computer engineering or related field;
  3. Very good knowledge of pySpark, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and Synapse;
  4. Knowledge of Wealth Management sector, an asset;
  5. Knowledge of PureView and PowerApps, an asset;
  6. Previous experience in a bank;
  7. Fluent in French and good command of English;
  8. Creative, problem solver, and team player with great adaptability skills;
