Das kannst du bewegen.
  • Die SBB hat jedes Jahr um die 2'500 Projekte (Immobilien-, IT-, Bau-, Fahrzeugprojekte) in der Pipeline. In dieser Funktion koordinierst du administrative Tätigkeiten und erarbeitest in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleitenden die Voraussetzungen für Aktivierungen.
  • Du führst den Projektabschluss in SAP durch und begleitest ein Projekt von Beginn bis hin zur korrekten Verbuchung gemäss Swiss GAAP FER und den internen Richtlinien.
  • Anfragen der Geschäftspartner bezüglich der korrekten Abbildung von Anlagen im Projektabwicklungsprozess beantwortest du kompetent und zeitgerecht.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen analysierst du bestehende Prozesse und initiierst die nächsten Schritte, um diese stetig weiterzuentwickeln.

  • In der Welt der Projekte behältst du den Überblick. Selbständig und zuverlässig bearbeitest du dabei Aufträge und bringst dich aktiv in das Team ein.
  • Du beschreibst dich selbst als offen, kommunizierst gerne und hast ein Gespür für Zwischenmenschliches.
  • Für die kompetente Unterstützung interessierst du dich für Finanzthemen und hast keine Scheu vor der Technik.
  • Ein Zahlenflair und eine hohe IT-Affinität (SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus) zeichnen dich aus. Zudem denkst du vernetzt und lösungsorientiert und hast den Blick für das grosse Ganze.
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, welche du mit einer Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen ergänzt hast.
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch bringst du mit. Kenntnisse in einer zweiten Landessprache (F/I) sind ein Plus.
