Als Praktikant (m/w/d) im Bereich Business Development & Marketing Operations bist du eine wichtige Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Du erhältst tiefgehende Einblicke in die Bereiche Performance-Marketing, Kundenmanagement & interne Prozesse – und hast die Chance, eigene Ideen einzubringen.

Aufgaben

Kundensupport & Community Management – Du beantwortest Instagram-Messages, kümmerst dich um Kommentare unter Ads und stehst im engen Austausch mit unseren Kunden.

Ad-Uploads & Kampagnenpflege – Du bereitest Werbeanzeigen für unsere Kunden vor, lädst sie in den Ad-Manager hoch und stellst sicher, dass alles reibungslos läuft.

LinkedIn-Personal Branding – Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei der Erstellung von LinkedIn-Posts und hilfst dabei, unser Netzwerk strategisch auszubauen.

Lead-Recherche & Outreach – Du identifizierst spannende E-Commerce-Brands, analysierst deren Potenzial und bereitest Outreach-Kampagnen vor.

Creator-Sourcing & Content-Management – Du recherchierst und kontaktierst Creator für unsere Kunden, organisierst Content-Produktionen und stellst sicher, dass kreativer Output qualitativ überzeugt.

Erstellung von Static Creatives – Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung von Werbeanzeigen in Canva oder anderen Tools.

Buchhaltungs-Support – Du hilfst bei der Verwaltung von Belegen, Rechnungen und internen Dokumentationen.

Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung – Ob bei strategischen Projekten, Reportings oder operativen Aufgaben – du bist eine wertvolle Unterstützung in sämtlichen Bereichen.

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringen solltest:

Du suchst ein Pflichtpraktikum – Du studierst im Bereich BWL, Marketing oder Mediengestaltung und möchtest in einer jungen Agentur Verwantwortung übernehmen.

Hands-on-Mentalität & Eigeninitiative – Du arbeitest selbstständig, denkst mit und findest Lösungen. Als A-Player kannst du bei uns wachsen.

Affinität für Social Media & digitales Marketing – Du interessierst dich für E-Commerce, Branding & Performance-Marketing.

Organisationstalent & Verantwortungsbewusstsein – Du kannst mehrere Aufgaben parallel koordinieren und behältst den Überblick.

Kreatives Gespür – Du hast ein Auge für gute Ads und kannst Content strategisch bewerten.
