Please apply to this ad if you would like to be considered for our Salesforce Talent Community, and to be kept in the loop on future job openings in our team.This talent community is especially for individuals who are open to working onsite in Geneva.ResponsibilitiesDesigning and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions tailored to client goalsLeading workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into user stories and solution designsAdvising clients on CRM strategy, data architecture, and process optimisationSupporting multi-cloud Salesforce projects and ensuring alignment between business and technologyCollaborating with development, UX/design, and content teams (onsite and/or offshore)Preparing and presenting solution proposals, demos, and documentationMentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge sharingPromoting reusability and scalability of solution components across engagementsStaying current with Salesforce product releases and industry trendsSupporting change management and adoption strategies for client teamsQualificationsProven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementationsSalesforce certifications are a strong plus (e.g. Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud, Administrator, Platform App Builder)Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skillsFamiliarity with agile delivery methodologies and project management toolsFluency in French and EnglishExperience working in international and cross-functional teams is a plusOnsite presence in Geneva is requiredAdditional informationGlobal Reach with Local Expertise: Join a network that spans 145 countries, with over 70,000 talented employees.
