OverviewWe’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and globally-mindedDigital Marketing Manager to lead digital campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness for Cultural Care Au Pair. Based in Zurich, you’ll own strategy and execution across a range of paid digital channels, working with a collaborative international team that values initiative, impact, and innovation.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is excited to unlock new ways to connect with global audiences.What you\'ll doOwn strategy and performance for paid digital channels, including: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, retargeting, Spotify, and emerging platforms.Develop and launch compelling digital campaigns—from concept to execution.Analyze performance, uncover insights, and drive optimization across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.Partner with creative, sales, and marketing colleagues to align campaigns with business priorities.Forecast and manage digital budgets, ensuring we hit growth and CPA goals.Propose and pilot new digital marketing tactics or channels based on audience trends and competitive insights.Run A/B tests on creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, with a persistent eye on new channels and competitor techniques.Qualifications3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (in-house or agency).Expert in at least one core channel (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.) and familiar with others.Analytical mindset with strong experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization.Proficient in Excel and Google Analytics (GA4 experience a plus).Passionate about performance marketing, with a constant curiosity for what’s next.You are a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication across a global organization.RequirementsFluent in English (written and spoken)Fluent or working proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) – other languages beneficialEligibility for a Swiss work permitExtra points if you haveExperience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools.Experience turning numbers into stories through impactful dashboards and insights.Being part of a dynamic and highly motivated team, in an exciting and multicultural working environmentThe opportunity to travel internationallyDiscounts: EF program discounts, including personal travel, language schools, and childcare, as well as discounts at some local venues and area businessesComplimentary in-house gymFree use of EF Hello: a premium language learning appAn organization that encourages your personal and professional development with annual tuition reimbursementDevelopment: Robust professional growth opportunities, including monthly trainings, workshops, and inspiring sessions with global leaders and expertsAbout Cultural CareAt Cultural Care Au Pair, we believe that cultural exchange has the power to make the world a more welcoming, understanding, and open place.
