Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Zurich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with 5-10 years of experience in the Zurich market. This role requires a sales-driven personality with native German language skills and fluent English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management (50%): Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs and objectives. Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • New Customer Acquisition (50%): Identify and target potential clients within the financial services sector. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new business. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry in Zurich.
  • Strong background in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
