Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and compassionate Leadership Trainer & Business Consultant specializing in Soft Skills and Leadership Development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating impactful leadership training and coaching programs for international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Training & Development:

  • Facilitate leadership training sessions for high-level corporate teams, focusing on enhancing leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration, and improving performance in complex organizational environments.
  • Conduct workshops on leadership strategies, team dynamics, change management, and resilience.
  • Design and tailor training modules that cater to the specific needs and goals of teams and organizations, with an emphasis on long-term growth and transformation.

Executive Coaching & Mentorship:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders, guiding them through leadership challenges, career progression, and personal development goals.
  • Support clients in overcoming setbacks, navigating complex business situations, and achieving professional and personal aspirations through a combination of practical exercises, mindset techniques, and reflective coaching.

Team Development & Organizational Transformation:

  • Lead team development initiatives, aligning leadership objectives with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support organizations in navigating cultural shifts, aligning diverse teams, and managing change to ensure sustainable performance improvements.

Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams:

  • Work closely with experts in health, nutrition, mindfulness, and other coaching areas to provide holistic development programs that address both personal and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with Bevel World’s team to integrate soft skills, leadership development, and wellness initiatives into comprehensive programs for organizations.

Content Creation & Thought Leadership:

  • Develop content for Bevel World’s training programs, ensuring it aligns with best practices in leadership development and personal empowerment.
  • Act as a thought leader in the field of leadership training, representing Bevel World in public forums, webinars, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • Certifications in coaching (e.g., ICF, EMCC) and leadership training from reputable institutions.
  • Extensive experience delivering training and coaching for high-level executives, preferably in international organizations.
  • Proven ability to engage audiences and build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, team dynamics, and leadership in matrix organizations.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws, HIPAA/Federal Act on Data Protection, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Proficiency in using online platforms and virtual collaboration tools.
