Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of all areas.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of guest requests and maintenance issues.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, cleaning methods, and industry best practices.
- Experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with custodial and industrial cleaning procedures is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
