Were at an exciting stage welcoming new clients rolling out new systems and opening up fresh opportunities. To keep pace were looking for someone hands‑on who can jump in support across business operations and bring structure where its needed most. This is a broad role with a focus on data client onboarding and growth initiatives. Some days youll be deep in numbers other days youll be supporting clients working with product or helping us sharpen our processes. If you like variety impact and flexibility this role could be a great fit. Tasks Data & analysis Analyze balance sheets and P&L data during client onboarding Keeping client data (balance sheets P&L etc.) accurate and up-to-date in our system Conducting market research and competitive benchmarking Client onboarding & support Supporting the onboarding of new pension funds into our platform (From data to users) Helping users with their questions Preparing reports and presentations that make our clients lives easier Collaboration & growth Working closely with product managers and engineers to turn data into action Supporting our marketing and business development activities Process improvements Spotting inefficiencies in how we work and suggesting smarter ways forward Requirements A business generalist mindset : structured hands‑on and curious Experience in the finance industry whether from investments insurance pension funds or banking. If youve worked with financial data and feel comfortable around balance sheets youll fit right in. Fluent German and English skills (for client communication and reporting) Being a native speaker isnt required Comfort with working independently spotting what needs to be done and taking it forward Tech affinity : you pick up new software quickly feel at ease working with data and are curious about how tools can improve processes Benefits You want to contribute your experience in a flexible impactful way Looking for something outside the corporate track You like variety : some days its data some days clients some days process improvements You like a small dynamic team where you can make a real impact.
