Ce poste a pour objectif de renforcer le département Yield Engineering & Process Integration.Vous contribuez au développement et au suivi de l'activité Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) et assurez également la maintenance et l'amélioration du Parametric Test sur des technologies avancées. Le principal environnement de test est basé sur des plateformes Agilent (Keysight).CDI - 100% Qualifications Diplôme d'ingénieur en Physique ou Microélectronique Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en microélectronique dans le domaine du Parametric Test et/ou de la WLR Excellentes compétences analytiques Méthodique, structuré, capable de gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle Connaissance des méthodologies DOE, FMEA, MSA (Gage R&R) Compétences confirmées en programmation (Python, C, Linux) Orienté solutions, curieux, positif, appréciant le travail en équipe Motivé par un environnement orienté production Très bon niveau de français et d'anglais (oral et écrit) Nous offerts Un environnement technique de haut niveau dans les hautes-technologies Un challenge riche et varié Responsabilités Développer et gérer la stratégie WLR pour les technologies en production. Suivre les tests Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) existants et mettre en place de nouveaux tests pour les futurs noeuds technologiques. Collaborer étroitement avec le département R&D Technologie et l'équipe de développement Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) pour définir les tests adaptés. Être le point de contact central pour les aspects Device Reliability liés aux technologies en production. Gérer les routines, programmes de test, limit files, spécifications et instructions de production. Participer aux activités de tests paramétriques pour les futurs noeuds technologiques, en collaboration directe avec l'équipe de développement Réaliser et interpréter les analyses MSA, dont les études Gage R&R. #J-18808-Ljbffr
