Family Office Support - Key Account Desk / Private Banking

The Key Account Desk, a small, highly qualified team responsible for servicing a large client mandate consisting of trusts and companies, is looking for a Client Support Specialist who will support the team with advanced technical skills in Excel and Data Analysis tools.

Job Specification

  • Execution of clients' orders, payments and trades ensuring complete adherence to client specifications, compliance, internal rules and all relevant regulations
  • Prepare and execute investments into private equity
  • Preparation of bespoke and ad-hoc reporting using data analysis tools like Power BI
  • Handling of information and data investigation requests by the client
  • Supporting and executing daily client cash management tasks
  • Confirmation of order execution and handling of the document management / electronic archiving
  • Daily administrative tasks of the desk

Required profile

  • Banking apprenticeship or degree in finance / economics and ideally at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge and experience in usage of Data Analysis Tools and general IT affinity
  • Fluency in English, German knowledge highly desirable
  • Team player, supportive, with the ability to deal in a transparent and collegiate manner
  • Positive, empathetic personality with a flexible can-do attitude
  • Experience performing a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and accurately within a client-focused environment with excellent attention to detail
