We're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Education Lead to join our team In this role, you will bring to life On’s brand and product vision by owning the creation and delivery of effective training programs in relation to our sports verticals.Collaborating closely with teammates across the organization, including brand, innovation, product and retail, you will identify and bring together the key knowledge elements and build a comprehensive learning experience. Your goal is to empower and drive our commercial teammates around the globe to perform at their best.Your MissionLead learning need assessments by maintaining regular catch ups with education championsResponsible for creating and updating training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, train-the-trainer guides, and assessmentsDeliver engaging experiences for diverse learner groups via live, virtual and blended sessionsAnalyze education data and provide insights for continuous improvementSupport the implementation of new learning tools and systemsYour StoryTypically +5 years of experience in leading the development and execution of educational contentYou bring good knowledge of sports and sportswearYou are experienced in adult learning principles and executionYou have a strong ability to research, write, and produce customer centric educational materialsYou are proficient in using LMS platforms.
