Support OT Domaine Supply Chain

Dans le cadre de l'extension de notre capacité à délivrer les services de RUN OT, nous recherchons un expert pour rejoindre notre équipe et accompagner le département OT Manufacture – équipements industriels sur les sites de production en Suisse. Le renfort apporté aura pour priorité la qualité et le respect des délais, dans un environnement exigeant en termes de timing.

Vos responsabilités:

  • Vous allez rédiger les livrables (spécifications techniques, recettes de tests, mise en production, etc.).
  • Vous allez représenter votre département dans tous les ateliers transverses liés au déménagement tels que l'Infrastructure bâtiment, OT Security, et l'Infrastructure réseau.
  • Vous allez accompagner les techniciens de support OT sur le terrain pour coordonner les tâches de mise en oeuvre sur les sites de la manufacture.
  • Vous allez assurer un reporting hebdomadaire précis à votre manager et proposer des améliorations sur votre périmètre d’intervention.
  • Vous allez conduire des entretiens avec les fournisseurs pour présenter les exigences de cybersécurité (norme IEC 62443).
  • Vous allez participer aux sessions de tests des solutions déployées avec les fournisseurs et les interlocuteurs IT (dont la sécurité).
  • Vous allez assurer le déploiement des solutions testées et validées sur le parc industriel.

Votre profil:

  • Maîtrise des environnements IoT et équipements industriels.
  • Très bonne culture IT en cybersécurité (norme IEC 62443).
  • Connaissances des infrastructures réseau dans un environnement industriel.
  • Excellente connaissance des processus de supply execution.
  • Expérience confirmée dans l’environnement manufacture dans un contexte industriel.
  • Connaissance approfondie des projets d’implémentation de solutions IT (idéalement in house et éditées).
  • Connaissances des solutions ERP (idéalement M3) et des applications industrielles (ex : pilotage de Stockeurs).
  • Capacité à intervenir dans des contextes challengeants et exigeants, avec un haut degré d’autonomie et d’initiative.
  • Pragmatique, avec une communication claire et orientée vers l’action et les résultats concrets.
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et très bonnes connaissances de l’anglais (niveau C1).
