About the Role As a Marketing & Communication Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering impactful content that tells the various Eurapco success stories—bringing to life our vision, people, and work across multiple countries and cultures. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Communication and collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders from across the Eurapco Alliance. With a strong focus on content creation to support our brand and engagement strategy, this role involves developing high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across multiple platforms to enhance visibility, promote our activities, and connect meaningfully with our audience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow in a multicultural, European environment—working across borders, gaining exposure to diverse insurance and marketing landscapes, and contributing to the visibility of a unique international alliance. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit content for a variety of channels including website, newsletters, social media, press releases, brochures, blogs, video scripts, and internal communications. Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support integrated campaigns, providing content and messaging aligned with brand voice and objectives. Editorial Calendar: Maintain and contribute to the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of communications. Visual Asset Creation: Design and produce eye‑catching visual assets such as banners, infographics, and video clips for use on social media, websites, presentations, and campaigns. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and key messaging. Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign metrics. Use data to inform future content strategies. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or similar. 5 years of professional experience in content‑focused marketing or communications roles with a proven track record of the tasks described above. Outstanding storytelling, writing, and editing skills in English, with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and engagement. Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems. Familiarity with SEO principles and tools, such as Google Search Console. Basic proficiency in design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of reporting tools, including Google Analytics and social media insights. Video production and editing skills are a strong plus. Advanced PowerPoint design skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals. Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus. Excellent organizational skills. Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders in a fast‑paced, international environment. A proactive, “can‑do” team player who works independently, takes initiative, and pays close attention to detail. The Eurapco office is located in Zurich. We provide a modern and pleasant working environment. Occasional travelling within Europe will be required.
