Manager Resilience Fund Controlling Processes
Aufgaben- Responsible for the maintenance of systems and the resilience of processes in fund controlling and reporting.
- Review of existing processes and transfer to newly designed, efficient, resilient processes.
- Ensuring the measurability of resilient processes.
- Responsible for strengthening resilience by consolidating business processes across international locations and teams.
- Further development of resilience strategies and solutions, to ensure optimal operations, including testing.
- Documentation of applications and compilation of user requirements as a basis for the design and implementation of new technical solutions in the area of investment controlling.
- Ensuring smooth access to investment controlling databases through collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Development of valuation tools for investment controlling purposes and for investors.
- Ad hoc projects.
- Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
- Professional experience in the fund industry in accounting, controlling, risk management, internal controls or (IT) audit.
- Knowledge of fund business and fund structures.
- Knowledge of accounting and fund reporting.
- High interest in project management and coordination of projects.
- High interest in process analysis, in data flows and problem solving.
- Interest in fast changing situations, setting priorities, multitasking and working with ongoing deadlines.
- IT flair and knowledge of software and cloud solutions in investment controlling and reporting.
- German as well as English.
