Manager Resilience Fund Controlling Processes
AufgabenResponsible for the maintenance of systems and the resilience of processes in fund controlling and reporting / Review of existing processes and transfer to newly designed, efficient, resilient processes / Ensuring the measurability of resilient processes / Responsible for strengthening resilience by consolidating business processes across international locations and teams / Further development of resilience strategies and solutions, to ensure optimal operations, including testing / Documentation of applications and compilation of user requirements as a basis for the design and implementation of new technical solutions in the area of investment controlling / Ensuring smooth access to investment controlling databases through collaboration with internal and external teams / Development of valuation tools for investment controlling purposes and for investors / Ad hoc projects.
QualifikationBachelor or Master in Business Administration or Business Informatics/ Professional experience in the fund industry in accounting, controlling, risk management, internal controls or (IT) audit / Knowledge of fund business and fund structures / Knowledge of accounting and fund reporting / High interest in project management and coordination of projects / High interest in process analysis, in data flows and problem solving / Interest in fast changing situations, setting priorities, multitasking and working with ongoing deadlines / IT flair and knowledge of software and cloud solutions in investment controlling and reporting / German as well as English.
