Das Team Competence Center innerhalb des Bereichs entwickelt unsere Strategie, die Prozesse und Systeme sowie die Methoden weiter und stellt das Risikomanagement bei den Third Parties sicher.


Deine Aufgaben – mehr gestalten

  • Verantworten der Implementierung, des Umsetzens und der Kontrolle von Third Party Risk Management-Vorgaben inklusive Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von regulatorischen Vorgaben
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson innerhalb des Procurements rund um das TPRM, unterstützt die Business-/Vertragswoner und Procurement-Spezialisten während des ganzen TPRM-Lifecycles, einschliesslich der Risikobewertung und -überwachung von Drittanbietern.
  • Verantwortlich für Schulung und Sensibilisierung von Mitarbeitern im Zentraleinkauf und weiteren Stakeholdern im Thema TPRM
  • Erstellen von Berichten und Präsentationen für das Management über den Status und die Entwicklung des Risikomanagements
  • Identifizieren von Verbesserungspotenziale im TPRM, Implementieren von Best Practices und innovative Lösungen zur Risikominderung und Teilnehmen an relevanten Schulungen und Weiterbildungen

Dein Profil – mehr mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Risikomanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Outsourcing oder Third Party Risk Management, idealerweise in einem regulierten Umfeld wie dem Finanz- und Bankensektor
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Third Party Risk Management, insbesondere im Umgang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen im Finanzdienstleistungssektor
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von TPRM-Richtlinien und -Prozessen
  • Du punktest mit deinen starken analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten, deiner strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise sowie deinen hervorragenden Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Deine Fähigkeit, selbständig und mit hoher Eigeninitiative zu arbeiten, zeichnet dich aus
