The Operational Excellence department in Vevey manages strategic projects in direct collaboration with management.
Your role:
As an intern in the Operational Excellence department, you will assist the Project Manager of the team in implementing new transversal and strategic initiatives on the site.
Your missions will be to develop and implement one of our priorities:
- Lean Project: Identify and improve waste in order to reduce the end-to-end process lead time
- Lean Performance: Improve our performance management, problem-solving methods, and lean leadership on site
- Improve our Strategic projects governance
Your profile:
- You are in your 3rd or 4th year of a college graduate program preferably in pharma, biotech, or engineering
- Lean/agile and Digital knowledge (Microsoft Power BI & Automate, …) are an advantage
- Great verbal & written communication skills
- Natural leadership
- Organization
- Customer focus
- Analytical skills
