Votre mission

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Project Manager IT - Managed Services.

Vous serez responsable de la planification, de l’exécution et de la finalisation de projets liés à l’implémentation de services gérés. Ce rôle exige une bonne maîtrise des infrastructures IT et des Managed Services, une capacité à gérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires et une excellente communication avec les parties prenantes.

Vos missions principales seront :
  • Planifier et coordonner la mise en œuvre de solutions de Managed Services en respectant les délais et budgets
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour définir les exigences et spécifications des services à fournir
  • Assurer la gestion des relations clients pour garantir la satisfaction et le bon alignement des attentes
  • Suivre l’avancement des projets, identifier les risques et mettre en place des mesures d’atténuation
  • Analyser les performances des services gérés et proposer des améliorations continues
  • Élaborer des rapports d’avancement et documenter les projets pour les parties prenantes
  • Accompagner la formation et le transfert de compétences vers les équipes opérationnelles
Votre profil
  • Formation : Diplôme en informatique, gestion de projet ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience : Minimum 6 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets IT, sur des Managed Services
  • Compétences techniques : Bonne connaissance des infrastructures IT, services Cloud, cybersécurité et ITSM
  • Méthodologies : Maîtrise des pratiques Agile, certification Scrum ou PMP ou PRINCE2
  • Compétences en communication : Capacité à interagir avec des équipes techniques et non techniques
  • Gestion des parties prenantes
  • Résolution de problèmes : Capacité à anticiper et gérer les risques efficacement et proposer des solutions

  • Télétravail : 2 jours par semaine possible, à discuter avec le client en fonction des semaines
