**Description du poste**:
Dans le cadre de notre projet de transformation digitale, nous recherchons un(e) collaborateur(trice) dynamique et expérimenté(e) pour assurer le déploiement d’un nouvel ERP dédié à la gestion des sinistres. Cette mission inclut également la création et le suivi du backlog du projet dans les agences et départements impactés par la mise en œuvre.

**Responsabilités principales**
- **
Gestion du déploiement dans les agences et départements**:

- Planifier et coordonner le déploiement des nouvelles technologies dans les structures concernées.
- Former et accompagner les collaborateurs (métiers et projets) pour garantir une adoption fluide des nouveaux outils.
- Suivre et évaluer les performances post-déploiement.

Création et suivi du backlog**:

- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour définir et prioriser les fonctionnalités à développer.
- Mettre à jour et maintenir le backlog en fonction des besoins identifiés et des retours utilisateurs.
- Organiser et animer les réunions de suivi pour assurer une progression efficace des tâches.

Coordination avec les parties prenantes**:

- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes projet, métiers P&C, DVM et IT pour aligner objectifs et attentes.
- Faciliter la communication et la collaboration entre les équipes impliquées.
- Assurer la documentation et le reporting régulier de l’avancement du projet.

Suivi et évaluation du projet**:

- Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance pour mesurer l’impact des initiatives de transformation.
- Analyser les données et les retours pour identifier des axes d’amélioration continue.
- Préparer des rapports et présentations pour les comités de pilotage.

Industrialisation de la gestion du déploiement**:

- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une méthodologie standardisée pour le déploiement des nouvelles technologies.
- Optimiser et industrialiser les processus pour améliorer leur efficacité et leur cohérence.
- Former les équipes internes aux meilleures pratiques de gestion des déploiements.

**Profil**:

- Expérience significative en gestion de projets, notamment dans le déploiement de solutions au sein d’équipes.
- Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du changement.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et communicationnelles.
- Connaissance des outils JIRA, Confluence, Big Picture et Tempo.
- Maîtrise de la suite Office 365.
- Capacité d’analyse, esprit de synthèse, force de proposition et sens du service.
- Résilience face au stress.

**Langues** : Français et allemand requis, anglais est un atout.
