What impact do you have?
  • You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Take ownership of incident resolution and service requests via Jira, adhering to defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage IT equipment deployments and maintain an up-to-date inventory.
  • You will actively contribute to maintaining and updating technical documentation and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and configure basic network components and printing solutions.
  • Participate in project tasks and provide support for project management activities, helping deliver impactful IT solutions.

What do you offer?
  • Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) as an IT Specialist.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles and end user support.
  • Fluent in French, excellent knowledge in English, and beneficial knowledge of German.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and cloud solutions (Office 365, Azure, Intune).
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools like Jira.
  • Basic skills in network troubleshooting and configuration.
  • A valid Category B driving license.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
