Rf Lab Technician

MinWave is a leading company dedicated to developing Rf front end solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled RF Lab Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to our cutting-edge projects in the field of high-frequency electronics and RF communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform testing and troubleshooting of RF electronic boards, microcontrollers, transceivers, and antennas in the 10-20GHz frequency range.
- Set up and operate RF testing equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Collaborate with the engineering team and also the programming team to develop and implement testing protocols and procedures.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze and interpret test data and provide detailed reports to the engineering team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RF Lab Technician with expertise in high-frequency electronics (10-20GHz).
- Strong proficiency in working with microcontrollers and digital control units
- Knowledge of transceiver testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in RF testing

**Job Type**: 100%

**Salary**: CHF50’917.69 - CHF102’367.88 per year
