Join a growing, innovative organization as the Executive Quality Director, leading the quality assurance initiatives across multiple international sites in Europe. This pivotal role focuses on steering the company's strategic vision for manufacturing excellence and ensuring compliance with global standards. You'll manage and inspire a diverse team to maintain industry-leading quality and process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies across all manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product quality and efficiency.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to maintain and achieve necessary certifications and approvals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in quality management within the manufacturing sector, with a strong preference for experience in highly regulated environments.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
  • Deep understanding of international regulatory frameworks and standards, such as ISO13485, MDSAP, and MDR.
  • Track record of successfully leading quality assurance initiatives and process improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and French
  • Ability to strategically influence and drive change within an organization.
