  • Durchführung von Lieferanten-Audits: Vorbereitung, Umsetzung und Nachbereitung inklusive Berichterstattung und Pflege relevanter Datenbanken
  • Qualifizierung von Lieferanten: Weiterentwicklung produkt- und prozessbezogener Aspekte zur Stärkung der Supply Chain
  • Projektleitung und Mitarbeit: Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Lieferanten und MAN ES
  • Maßnahmenentwicklung: Definition, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur positiven Lieferantenentwicklung
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Kooperation mit Engineering, Werkstofftechnik, Fertigung, Einkauf und Qualitätsabteilung
  • Support und Schulung: Aufbau und Schulung der lokalen Organisationen im Hinblick auf die genannten Fachgebiete

  • Lieferantenmanagement-Kenntnisse: Erfahrung im Lieferantenaufbau
  • Produktkenntnisse: Expertise im Bereich Turbomachinery (Kernmaschine und Anlagentechnik)
  • Audit-Erfahrung: Ausbildung zum Lead-Auditor / Prozessauditor und mehrjährige Erfahrung mit internationalen Lieferantenaudits oder Bereitschaft, diese Kenntnisse aufzubauen
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Detaillierte Kenntnisse und sichere Anwendung geeigneter Q-Methoden
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, Englisch und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20%)
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz: Erfahrung mit Asien, Europa, USA sowie ausgeprägtes Selbstmanagement und Organisationsfähigkeit
