Job Description Assurer le management opérationnel d'une équipe de 4 personnes Structurer les missions, redéfinir les rôles et optimiser l'efficience du pôle BI Identifier les besoins métiers, accompagner la montée en compétences et piloter la performance Superviser la production de données (KPI, forecast, analyses financières, études qualité) Garantir la qualité des livrables et la pertinence des analyses pour les BU commerciales et marketing Coordonner les projets avec les parties prenantes internes et les prestataires externes Être force de proposition dans la transformation du pôle et dans l'optimisation des outils et processus The Successful Applicant Expérience confirmée en management d'équipe dans un environnement en transformation Capacité à structurer, prioriser et piloter des projets complexes Aisance dans la gestion de parties prenantes et dans la conduite du changement Français courant (C1 / C2 obligatoire) Leadership naturel, posture assertive, capacité à gérer les tensions et à faire avancer les sujets avec diplomatie et clarté Esprit analytique, rigueur, sens du résultat et orientation solution What's on Offer Prise de poste dès que possible Environnement stimulant, en pleine transformation, avec des enjeux stratégiques forts Localisation : Genève Télétravail possible après le premier mois Accompagnement par Michael Page tout au long du processus #J-18808-Ljbffr
