PRICING, BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE AND CONSUMER & MARKET INSIGHTS INTERN
Global Travel Retail team
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our PRICING, BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE AND CONSUMER & MARKET INSIGHTS INTERN you are responsible for supporting the team on various and diversified tasks related to pricing, sell-out analysis, passenger traffic, industry updates and market / consumer studies.
You will help the Pricing and Business Analysts on their operational daily tasks. You will also help building a weekly newsletter to share the Global Travel Retail team the latest updates in the industry. You will also analyze market trends and consumer behavior, conduct surveys and focus groups for customer insights, prepare detailed reports for strategy development and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
**Your main focus**: Perform pricing analysis compared to competition and domestic markets Work in collaboration with pricing analysts during price increase process Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends to deliver a weekly newsletter Assist in managing research databases and ensuring data accuracy Conduct market research to gather data on consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors in the travel retail sector and the beauty industry Assist in the analysis of market research data to identify key insights and opportunities. Support the creation of reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders

The Pricing / BI / CMI team consists of two analysts in charge of Pricing and BI and an intern helping them on their daily tasks. You will work closely together and with several departments such as Sales, Marketing and Merchandising.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You have an analytical mind-set with problem solving skills and are interested in Travel Retail and the beauty industry. As the Pricing, BI and CMI Intern, you enjoy working with numbers and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Demonstrated interest for Luxury industry and/or Beauty You are in the finalizing phase of your study, doing a master in Marketing, Business Administration Perform frequent data analysis to support strategic plan. Synthesize your research findings into actionable insights, to provide management with decision-making tools Have a strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Previous experience in market research or marketing is a plus. PowerBI knowledge is a plus Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive approach You are creative, enthusiastic and have good communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible, able to adapt to changes Team player Curious and eager to learn. Fluent English and French
