Job Description Your mission: To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst experienced with Private Equity, Power BI and SQL. Our mission is for one of our clients, a private Bank in Geneva. Your responsibilities Translating data into business insights, using impactful visualizations and storytelling to support decision‑making across investment and operations teams. Prototyping Power BI dashboards in collaboration with investment and operations teams. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation. Specifying business requirements to ensure robust data pipelines feeding into Power BI. Improving dashboard usability and UX, data quality, and relevance. Contributing ideas and process improvement to shape the future of the analytics platform. Qualifications You have a senior level of experience as a Business Analyst in the field of banking IT. You possess experience in Alternative Investments, ideally within private assets. You have strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel. You have an intuition for business needs and user‑centric design. You show the ability to communicate, collaborate and build trust across teams. You have an analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. You speak English and French.
