To support our growth, we're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our central engineering team.

In this role, as a QA Engineer, you will be part of a small and highly efficient team. We offer you a dynamic environment and the opportunity to work in an agile, motivated, and experienced international team with constant learning opportunities.

Job Description:

  • Participate in requirement refinement and planning quality assurance activities.
  • Work closely with the Development Team and Product Owner to provide support in quality assurance.
  • Create, maintain, and manage test plans and scenarios.
  • Participate in the full sprint cycle ways of working together with the team from Development to Delivery scope.
  • Understand and foresee the quality state of product and deliverables.
  • Ensure regular QA reporting is organized and done.
  • Analyze test and defect results, improve ways of working and artifacts accordingly.
  • Drive QA Ways of Working to improve Testing Excellence and Test Management.

Your profile:

  • Open-minded QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in Application Testing – Frontend and Backend parts of the product.
  • Experience in managing testing environments.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps, Selenium, Databases, Linux, and Git.
  • Experience in testing Soap and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience in Test Management Tools.
  • Knowledge of different QA Methodologies.
  • Experience in transforming requirements into testing artifacts.
  • Participation in IT Audits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

Considered as Advantage:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or relevant education considered as an advantage.
  • Interest in Testing industry evolution and CI/CD Practices.
  • Experience in scripting – JS, Python, or any other.
  • ISTQB Foundations Certification.
  • Basic Knowledge of test automation frameworks.
