Deine Aufgaben:
Du verkörperst die Organisation Greenpeace, deren Werte und Arbeitsweise. Du überzeugst und motivierst interessierte Personen, sich für die globale Kampagne «Hope for the Future» von Greenpeace zu engagieren, eine neue Kapitalkampagne mit dem Ziel weltweit 100 Millionen Dollar zu fundraisen. Für die erfolgreiche Kontaktpflege mit Gönner:innen entwickelst du Strategien und Massnahmen, baust individuelle Kontakte zu potenziellen und neuen Spender:innen und Türöffner:innen in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz auf. Du zeigst dich für die Bewirtschaftung deines Portfolios verantwortlich, zwecks Erreichung ambitionierter Einnahmeziele.
Zu deinem Aufgabengebiet gehören nebst der Akquise die Projektkoordination der Kapitalkampagne bei Greenpeace Schweiz. Dafür bist du eingebunden in eine internationale Arbeitsgruppe und hast die einzigartige Möglichkeit, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den weltweit führenden Greenpeace-Büros und Greenpeace International die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Kapitalkampagne sicherzustellen. Im Gesamtfundraising bei Greenpeace Schweiz und im Austausch mit deinen internationalen Kolleg:innen bringst du dein Fundraisingwissen wirkungsvoll ein.

Dein Profil und deine Kompetenzen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder Fundraising.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Organisation (vorzugsweise in einer NPO/NGO) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Major Donor Fundraising und Beziehungsmanagement, vorzugsweise im Bereich Stiftungen und Grossgönner:innen.
  • Du kannst die Sicherung fünf- bis siebenstelliger Grossspenden und mehrjährige Spendenzusagen vorweisen; die Arbeit mit Budgets und finanziellen Zielen ist dir vertraut.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in Projektmanagement.
  • Du bringst entweder Erfahrung aus der Mitarbeit an einer grossen Kapitalkampagne mit oder aus der Arbeit in einer komplexen globalen Organisation, oder beides.
  • Du hast Verhandlungsgeschick, bist ergebnisorientiert und hast den nötigen Biss fürs Akquisegeschäft.
  • Du überzeugst durch ein sicheres, gewinnendes Auftreten auf jedem Parkett und vertrittst den Schutz der Umwelt authentisch, weil er Teil deiner Lebenseinstellung ist.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch überlegtes Handeln und Entscheiden aus, verfügst über Empathie, Geduld und Durchhaltevermögen. Du hast Taktgefühl und bist diskret.
  • Strategisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und proaktives Handeln sind Stärken, die dich auszeichnen.
  • Es macht dir Freude, Kampagnen langfristig aufzubauen und zu begleiten.
  • Du hast Interesse am aktuellen Weltgeschehen und verfügst über ein breites Allgemeinwissen.
  • Du verfügst über perfekte Deutschkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift), ein gutes Textgefühl, idealerweise verbunden mit redaktionellen Erfahrungen. Ergänzend dazu sind gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute (verhandlungssichere) Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift) runden dein Profil ab.
