Bei Inventx gestaltest du den digitalen Wandel in der Finanz- und Versicherungsindustrie mit. In einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld mit unterschiedlichen Kunden und stringenten regulatorischen Anforderungen bist du als Head of Cloud Services verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Capabilities zugunsten unserer Kunden, bestehend aus der Inventx Community-Cloud und den Hyperscaler-Technologien.

Bist du eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit im Hybrid-Cloud-Umfeld mit Fokus PaaS und verfügst über eine klare Vision, wie entsprechende Services im Banken- und Versicherungsumfeld aussehen sollen? Dann müssen wir uns unbedingt kennenlernen

Was ist dein Gestaltungsraum?
  • Du führst die Abteilung Cloud Services und bist für die Weiterentwicklung und gleichermassen den Betrieb unseres Multi-Cloud-Serviceangebots sowie deren Differenzierungsstrategie im Markt verantwortlich
  • Als agierender Business Owner und Leader weisst du, was im Markt relevant ist, hast ein klares Zukunftsbild für die Services und treibst die Roadmap für das Produkt aktiv voran
  • Innerhalb der Abteilung festigst du den Technologie-Stack und die Prozesse, um die Skalierbarkeit und Resilienz zu sichern und weiter zu erhöhen
  • Als visionärer und umsetzungsstarker Leader adaptierst du unter anderem AI- oder Data-driven Plattform-Capabilities von den Hyperscalern und veredelst sie mit Managed-Services für unsere internen und externen Kunden
  • Du entscheidest über strategische Partnerschaften und sicherst die Förderung interner Kompetenzen für einen nachhaltigen und effizienten Service
Was bringst du mit?
  • Du verfügst über ausgewiesene Führungs- und Organisationsentwicklungserfahrung im Cloud-Umfeld auf Abteilungsebene
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer integrierten Cloud-Strategie
  • Du besitzt fundierte Erfahrung in der Planung, Priorisierung und Realisierung von Cloud Services, idealerweise hybrider Lösungen für Banken und Versicherungen
  • Du bist entscheidungsstark und hast ein Bewusstsein für Technologien, um aktuelle Möglichkeiten wie AI in die Cloud-Transformation zu integrieren
  • Du bringst einen unternehmerischen und Umsetzungs-orientierten Antrieb mit und hast Spass an der Arbeit mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Du kommunizierst fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und Schrift
