Wenn du das Projektmanagement vom Briefing bis zur Umsetzung aus dem Effeff beherrschst, mit Agenturabläufen vertraut bist, Erfahrung in der digitalen und klassischen Kommunikation mitbringst, das Kostenmanagement im Griff hast und die folgenden Qualifikationen erfüllst, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig:


Responsibilities

  • Kundenbetreuung: Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenbedürfnissen; Priorisieren, Erledigen, Abklären, Delegieren, Unterstützen.
  • Proaktive Kundenberatung und -entwicklung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung zur kontinuierlichen Beratung und Weiterentwicklung der Kunden.
  • Teamführung: Planung und Organisation der Ressourcen sowie Führung des Teams.
  • Projektplanung: Erstellung detaillierter Timings, Budgets und Briefings sowie Planung der Ressourcen.
  • Aktive Budgetüberwachung: Enge Kontrolle und Überwachung der Budgets zur Sicherstellung der Zielvorgaben.

Qualifications

  • Höhere Fachausbildung in Marketing, Werbung oder Kommunikation.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit im Agenturumfeld.
  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Betreuung anspruchsvoller Kunden.
  • Sattelfest in der Begleitung von Realisation, Produktion und Media.
  • Beherrschung der gesamten Klaviatur der Kommunikationsinstrumente.
  • Bereitschaft, für kreative Lösungen einzutreten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil.
