Aufgaben

  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der gesamten Lieferkette vom Lieferanten bis zum Endkunden
  • Lieferantenmanagement & Beschaffung der Produktionsmaterialien
  • Produktionsplanung und Abstimmung zwischen Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik, Vertrieb und Entwicklung
  • Lagerbestandsmanagement und effiziente Lagerverwaltung
  • Koordination und Steuerung der Logistik, Lagerung und Transportprozesse
  • Optimierung der Produktions-, Logistik und Beschaffungsprozesse
  • Koordination der Projektbeschaffung und Einführung neuer Produktionsprozesse
  • Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen Einkauf, Produktion und Logistik

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Einkauf, Logistik oder Prozessfachmann /-frau
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beschaffung, Produktionsplanung oder Logistik vorzugsweise in einem internationalen KMU aus der Industrie
  • Führungserfahrung und hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe IT-Affinität, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, ERP- und Planungssystemen
  • Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen, Prozessoptimierung, Lagerlogistik
  • Analytisches, verknüpftes Denken und Kommunikationsfähigkeit für die abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
  • Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und können sich in Französisch und Englisch sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich gut verständigen
  • Sie haben Spass bei der Arbeit in kleinen Teams bzw. in einem KMU
  • Sie haben eine Machermentalität und wollen etwas bewegen
