We are a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving people's lives.
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Science and Technology Operations Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Quality expertise and ensuring proper oversight of MSAT activities associated with Internal and External Manufacturing of Bio Drug Substances, Drug Products, and Packaging.
The key responsibilities include:
- Implementing quality systems and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinating with Internal and External Bio MSAT, Bio MSAT Quality, Supply Chain, IT, Regulatory, Internal and External manufacturing operations, and other team leaders within the Quality organization.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Required skills and qualifications include a Master's Degree in Biopharma manufacturing and analytical testing, excellent understanding of the Bioceutical industry, ability to act independently, and strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
