Quantitative Analyst

- Pilotage des régies (gestion locative, technique et financière), contacts réguliers avec les gérants locaux et maintien d'une collaboration constructive par des directives claires.
Élaboration du budget d'exploitation, d'entretien et de rénovation des immeubles.
- Élaboration des objectifs annuels par immeuble, dont les loyers cibles.
- Suivi de l'évolution des vacants et des nouvelles locations, des retards des locataires, des contentieux et sinistres, des décomptes de charges et du contrôle du respect des dispositions légales en matière de droit du bail.
Collaboration avec les autres départements internes.
- Brevet Fédéral de Gérant d'Immeubles requis.
- Expérience minimum de 5 ans dans un poste équivalent au sein d'une régie immobilière, d'une société immobilière, d'un fonds d'investissement immobilier ou d'une caisse de pension en Suisse.
- Excellentes connaissances du marché immobilier romand, du droit du bail et de la technique.
- Maîtrise avancée des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Habilité à travailler en équipe et avec différents intervenants (internes et externes).
- Autonome, capacité à prendre des initiatives.
- Attentif au détail, précis et rigoureux.
- Maîtrise de la langue française. La pratique de l'allemand est un vrai plus.
