This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation, streamline processes, and enhance connectivity across our cutting-edge manufacturing operations.Provide and coordinate IT/OT support for maintaining hardware, software, automation systems, and IT infrastructure, including server migrations, software updates, and cybersecurity measuresSupport OT cybersecurity activities within Corporate Manufacturing EngineeringActively work with 3rd party vendors to address vulnerabilities and security issues discovered, and ensure vulnerabilities and security patches are applied on OT assetsDevelop and maintain documentation related to network and other IT/OT infrastructureEnsure vulnerability monitoring system for OT is continuously updated and kept in line with Sonova global vulnerability management processesAct as an ambassador of OT Cyber security and risk matters; promote information security risk awareness and build a cyber security culture globally across OT and Operations stakeholdersYour profileVocational training in IT, preferably with additional IT certifications2–5 years of professional experience in IT Support, OT systems, and IT/OT integrationExperienced in IT or OT Cyber Security as well as in project management is a plusUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and equipment is a plusStrong communication and teamwork skills, with a structured and quality-oriented approach to workFluency in English and GermanOur offerWe can offer you a new challenge, with interesting tasks and much more – including an open corporate culture, flat hierarchies, support for further training and development, opportunities to take on responsibility, an excellent range of foods, sports and cultural facilities, attractive employment conditions, and flexible working time models in various roles.
