You are a self-directed, self-organized, highly responsible, and reliable team player. Your strong analytical and conceptual thinking pairs with an open mind for new technologies and innovative ideas. You have strong communication skills to coordinate and actively participate in working on tasks within multinational and diverse teams.

Further requirements include:

  • University studies in sustainability management, environmental engineering, finance, or business informatics
  • Working experience as a Management Consultant, and/or architect of an ESG reporting software or alternatively a CPM solution
  • Prior experience in programming, defining, and implementing ESG reporting processes and ESG reporting solutions
  • Understanding of sustainability regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, Swiss CO Art. 964a ff. and Climate Ordinance) and sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
  • Agile project management experience with an ability to keep eyes on the big picture while working on the details.
  • Fluency in English and proactive communication effectively with all levels of staff and management
