Contexte du poste : Dans le cadre du développement de la marque Forestier, nous recherchons notre futur collaborateur pour développer l'Alsace et la région allemande voisine.

Passionné par la vente et l'équitation, notre futur collaborateur aura pour mission de :

  1. Prospecter et développer activement dans sa région.
  2. Être l'ambassadeur de la marque et de ses valeurs sur le terrain et lors d'événements équestres.
  3. Veiller à la satisfaction des clients et faire le lien avec nos équipes.
  4. Accompagner nos cavaliers de haut niveau et améliorer leurs performances.
  5. Optimiser votre emploi du temps et organiser vos tournées.

Quels sont les prérequis pour ce poste ?

  1. Vous êtes passionné(e) d'équitation et possédez de solides connaissances dans ce domaine.
  2. Vous êtes organisé, ambitieux et persévérant.
  3. Vous parlez couramment l'allemand.
  4. Vous êtes autonome mais aimez travailler en équipe.
  5. Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire.

En tant qu'entreprise de formation, il est important pour nous de former et d'accompagner nos collaborateurs vers la réussite. Vous suivrez une formation d'un mois, à la fois sur le terrain et dans les bureaux de la marque. Une fois la formation terminée, vous prendrez en main votre secteur tout en bénéficiant du soutien de notre équipe de direction. Vous pourrez compter sur le soutien d'une équipe soudée et dynamique dont la motivation et l'état d'esprit sont toujours irréprochables.
