OverviewIn this role, you will oversee and coordinate key operational activities to ensure smooth business processes. You will manage contracts, logistics, vendor relationships, and internal documentation, working closely with management. Your efforts will support the company’s efficiency, compliance, and growth. This position requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills and a versatile approach.Start Date: ASAPDuration: PermanentPlace of Work: NeuchâtelKey ResponsibilitiesReview, monitor, and provide input on contracts and agreements with partners and stakeholders domestically and internationallySupport contract negotiations alongside managementOversee order processing and distribution related to marketed medicinal products, liaising with warehouses, clients, pharmacies, wholesalers, and couriersTrack and manage logistics documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, and packing listsConduct research to identify and select external vendors, including those in pharmacovigilance and logisticsLead vendor selection and contracting processes in collaboration with managementDevelop and maintain company-specific documentation, ensuring proper organization of both physical and digital recordsPrepare presentation materials for management meetings with banks, partners, and stakeholdersContribute to corporate communication, including managing LinkedIn presence, in alignment with management directivesAssist with administrative functions such as client invoicing, coordination with accounting providers, and HR-related tasks like expense reimbursements and leave trackingCoordinate schedules, organize meetings, and ensure alignment of priorities with managementHandle general office management duties, including supplies and service coordinationCandidate ProfileProven experience in operations, contract management, or related rolesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independentlyExcellent communication skills, both written and spokenAbility to negotiate and liaise effectively with external vendors and partnersProficiency in documentation management and familiarity with administrative processesReliable, proactive, and able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of logistics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors is a plusFluency in English; additional languages are advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
