Job Description

  • Vous collecterez et analyserez les données de vente afin d'identifier les tendances du marché.

  • Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes internes pour évaluer l'impact de ces tendances sur la demande.

  • Vous élaborerez des prévisions de ventes à court, moyen et long terme en utilisant des outils de planification.

  • Vous suivrez de près les écarts entre les prévisions et les résultats réels, en ajustant les prévisions lorsque nécessaire.

  • Vous définirez et suivrez des KPIs pour évaluer la performance des prévisions de demande.

  • Vous réaliserez des analyses post-mortem pour comprendre les écarts et proposer des solutions pour améliorer la précision des prévisions.

  • Vous optimiserez les outils de reporting et de suivi afin de fournir des données pertinentes et précises aux différentes équipes.

  • Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes commerciales, logistiques et marketing pour garantir l'alignement des prévisions avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.

  • Vous proposerez des initiatives d'amélioration continue pour affiner les processus et accroître la précision des prévisions de demande.

The Successful Applicant

  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils d'analyse de données (Excel, Power BI) et maîtrisez les systèmes ERP pour gérer les informations efficacement.

  • Vous savez analyser des données complexes et mener des études quantitatives et qualitatives.

  • Vous faites preuve d'une grande rigueur dans la gestion des données et avez un esprit analytique.

  • Pragmatique et clair dans vos analyses, vous savez communiquer vos résultats de façon concise.

  • Vous travaillez bien en équipe, êtes adaptable et proactif(ve) pour résoudre les problèmes.

  • Vous êtes orienté(e) vers les résultats commerciaux et comprenez les enjeux business.

  • Avec une personnalité positive, vous savez fédérer et motiver autour de vos idées.

  • Titulaire d'un master en gestion, logistique ou supply chain, vous avez 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en Demand Planning, idéalement dans l'industrie de luxe.

  • Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (niveau C1 minimum).
