Marketing Automation Consultant

YOUR JOBAs a Marketing Automation Specialist and member of a team of 12, you will be responsible for managing the content of the conception processes in the area of Marketing Automation. You will also configure and implement solutions according to the specific requirements of our customers.
Your job’s key responsibilities are:
- Planning and implementing rough and detailed concepts (big-picture, solution alignment, data model, segmentation models, marketing workflows) with our partner solutions
- Advising our customers on project-specific topics with a focus on digital marketing (process support and active customer contact)
- Supporting the presales process and conducting customer workshops
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Configuring and customizing the SAP marketing solution Emarsys as part of the SAP CX portfolio
- Continuous training on product developments and updates and completing corresponding certifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing automation (Emarsys, SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing, Hubspot)
- Excellent communication skills in German (C2 level) andEnglish (at least C1 level)
- Knowledge of REST APIs and data modeling
- Enjoy working on conceptual and analytical tasks
- Open, communicative, and balanced personality who enjoys giving presentations
- Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 20% of working time)
- Experience in the implementation and configuration of IT applications in the CX area
- Knowledge of CSS and HTML
- Working according to agile development processes (SCRUM, KANBAN, etc.)
