Als Team Lead für den Unterhalt des EC635 sind Sie verantwortlich für die termingerechte Durchführung der Aufträge. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen auch die Mitarbeiterführung, einschließlich der Zielvereinbarung und Leistungsbeurteilung Ihres Teams. Sie legen großen Wert auf die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter und die Sicherstellung Ihres Know-hows. Des Weiteren gewährleisten Sie, dass die Arbeitsweise Ihres Teams den geltenden Anforderungen, Prozessen und Dokumenten entspricht.

Erfahrungen

Erfahrungen als Teamleiter im Unterhalt von Luftfahrzeugen sind von Vorteil und werden für diese Position geschätzt. Gute Englischkenntnisse mit einem Schwerpunkt auf technischem Vokabular sind ebenfalls erforderlich, da sie in einer internationalen Umgebung von Nutzen sind. Als motivierte, kreative und dynamische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Menschenkenntnis bringen Sie wichtige Qualitäten mit. Sie sind bestrebt, kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Optimierungen voranzutreiben. Dabei zeichnen Sie sich durch die Fähigkeit aus, klare Zielvorgaben zu setzen, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und Ihr Team zu überzeugen.
