For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company based between Geneva and Lausanne, we are looking for a Manufacturing Technician (M / F). This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position mid-year. Your Responsibilities Ensure efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and troubleshoot technical issues. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Identify and resolve technical issues in the production process. Work with team members to improve production efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Document production activities and maintain accurate records. Your Profile Proven experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Technical proficiency in operating and maintaining production equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
