As a Quality Control Technician, you will perform quality control activities on raw materials, bulk products, and utilities to ensure compliance with quality standards. You will actively contribute to investigations, documentation, and the continuous improvement of laboratory operations. Quality Control Technician Our client is a globally active manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality consumer goods.The company operates in a dynamic, quality-driven and highly regulated industrial environment. Missions Perform microbiological testing and shipment of water, bulk, and raw material samples Collect water samples and ensure microbiological and chemical monitoring Conduct second-level bulk manufacturing controls (organoleptic, p H, viscosity, density, centrifugation, microscopy, Karl Fischer) Open and manage Out-Of-Specification (OOS) and Non-Conformance (NC) cases Participate in investigations of OOS, NCs, and customer complaints, including QC report writing Prepare certificates of analysis and enter analytical results into SAP Archive QC documentation and manage bulk sample retention Communicate daily non-conformities to QC Raw Materials, Bulk and Analytical Coordinators Receive, identify, and monitor laboratory chemicals, including COA verification Create and review laboratory and bulk specifications and maintain records in SAP Perform calibration and maintenance follow-up of laboratory equipment Contribute to laboratory organization, cleanliness, and continuous improvement initiatives Profil du candidat Degree or technical training in chemistry, biology, or a related scientific field Previous experience in Quality Control within pharmaceutical or industrial environments Knowledge of microbiological and physicochemical testing methods Familiarity with GMP, quality systems, and regulated laboratory practices Experience with SAP and laboratory documentation systems is an asset Comfortable working with analytical techniques such as HPLC and GC Methodical, detail-oriented, and reliable Strong organizational and documentation skills Able to work autonomously while collaborating with QC, production, and quality teams Fluent in French; working knowledge of English is an advantage Conditions et Avantages Exposure to a structured, professional QC laboratory in an international environment Opportunities to expand technical and analytical expertise Competitive working conditions aligned with Swiss market standards jidd144c1daen jit0104aen jpiy26aen
