In this role you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the social media accounts for ABB Group. You will lead our social advocacy program and create a strong social media community within various business areas and divisions.

Your responsibilities
  • Planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the social media landscape with a focus on social listening and engaging with various stakeholders
  • Improve share of voice and brand sentiment through defining social media KPIs, setting up a dashboarding strategy and proposing optimization plans
  • Developing and managing the brand’s social media identity. Managing a social media content calendar for ABB Group
  • Coordinating written and visual content across several social media platforms with the editorial team and agencies
  • Building and moderating social media communities, in coordination with an agency
  • Co-creating social media governance process
  • Lead the social advocacy program and create a strong social media community within various business areas and divisions
  • Project manage executive positioning on the various social media channels
  • Conduct audience, market, competitor and best-in-class social media analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Keeping track of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in social media
Your background
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years of social media strategy experience in an agency or multinational environment.
  • Proven experience in social media management, social listening, project management, social advocacy
  • Sound knowledge of executive positioning on social media as well as social media governance
  • Dynamic professional with a growth and positive mindset. Ability to track, analyze and interpret data to drive informed decisions.
  • Knowledge in using AI platforms as necessary.
  • Proven creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies.
  • Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and quality with excellent verbal communication skills
